CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Combo
Also known as: CJC/Ipa Stack, GHRH/GHRP Combo, GH Stack
The classic combination of GHRH and GHRP for optimized growth hormone release.
Overview
The CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin combination is the gold standard GHRH/GHRP stack. CJC-1295 provides the GHRH signal while Ipamorelin amplifies release via the ghrelin pathway. Together they create synergistic GH pulses mimicking natural physiology better than either alone.
Mechanism of Action
CJC-1295 activates GHRH receptors to initiate GH release. Ipamorelin activates ghrelin receptors to amplify release. The combination creates larger, more physiological GH pulses than either peptide alone.
Pharmacokinetics
CJC-1295 (no DAC) half-life ~30 minutes. Ipamorelin half-life ~2 hours. Typically dosed together 2-3x daily.
Dosing Protocols
Note: These are research protocols from literature. This is not medical advice.
Standard Protocol
100-300 mcg each
2-3x daily
8-12 weeks
Before bed and/or morning fasted
Anti-Aging
100 mcg each
Nightly before bed
Ongoing
Lower dose for long-term use
Stacking Recommendations
Peptides that may be combined based on complementary mechanisms in research settings.
Research Areas
Key Research Findings
- 1Synergistic GH release (1+1=3 effect)
- 2More physiological than HGH alone
- 3Ipamorelin is cleanest GHRP (minimal cortisol/prolactin)
- 4Well-established combination protocol
Side Effects & Contraindications
Reported Side Effects
- Water retention
- Tingling
- Increased hunger (mild)
- Vivid dreams
Contraindications
- Active cancer
- Diabetic retinopathy
- Carpal tunnel
Safety Considerations
Research compounds. Generally well-tolerated. Monitor for water retention, joint pain. Ipamorelin has cleaner profile than other GHRPs.
Storage Requirements
Refrigerate 2-8°C after reconstitution
